  RETURNS AND REFUNDS

   

  • Please ensure you have contacted John on 0414237573 or 1300227853 for expert installation or troubleshooting problems.
  • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Returns may be dropped off by the customer or returned via customers own expense with tracking.
  • All returns must be communicated and confirmed to John via the mobile listed above before sending item or arriving to drop off to gain a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
  • Refund will not be processed until item is received back at our warehouse.
  • Money back refund will EXCLUDE original postage cost, whether separate or built into final price. (Exception for pick up items)
  • For change of mind there is a 10% Restocking fee.
  • Proof of postage costs can be supplied upon request.
